How long does it take to install these systems?
The installation period will vary depending on the level of automation, building type and whether new build or renovation to an existing building. In new build developments, we can integrate the systems while other trades are installing their services, so there should not be a requirement to include any additional time in the build plan.
With regard to renovations of existing buildings, we appreciate that some electrical work can be disruptive so we ensure that you are fully aware of the situation prior to starting the works. We always ensure that your furniture is protected with dust sheets and aim to leave your premises as we found it, unless agreed otherwise.
Are these systems backed up by a warranty?
All the systems installed will have a two year parts and labour warranty, in addition to the reassurance of NICEIC approval.
Can I use my existing electrician?
Wherever possible we will try to accommodate the client’s wishes; however this may not always be possible, due to the complexity of the wiring required for some of the systems. If we believe it would be more cost effective for us to do all the installation we will advise you accordingly; however if your existing electrician is confident and qualified to install the cables we will happily work with them on a management basis.
